As you can see, I've made very little headway. I need to pick up the pace and really get going if I want these done in time!
I'm currently wearing my sister's Jaywalkers so they'll stretch out a bit. So far, they haven't sagged at all. VERRRRY comfy. And warm. I really like Blue Moon Fiber Arts, I gotta say. After I put them on I got a bit crazy:

As you can see, I was wearing my concert Tshirt from the Eels concert that came to PDX in late June. Let me tell you: greatest concert EVER.

Here are the stats:
Jaywalker Socks
Pattern By: Grumperina, September 2005 Magknits
Yarn: Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks That Rock (100% superfine merino) in Ruby Slippers
Needles: 2 US1 circular needles
Changes: This was only my second pair of socks, so there were some trials and error. I had to frog a bit, but they came out quite nicely.
KAL? Yeah, over at januaryone.com
Knit it again: Hell yes! In fact, I'm starting my second pair right now. I started casting on the pair for my mum, in BMFA STR in Lagoon. VERRRRY pretty blue-green-grey variegated yarn. LOVE IT. I think I'll make hers short and use the second skein to knit myself a pair.
To those that read this: I have a leftover skein of the BMFA STR in Ruby Slippers. I'll take other sock yarn, anything Rowan of Debbie Bliss, or whatever you can think of. NO CHOCOLATE! Please, I just started a diet. Don't tempt me.
